How much will my dental treatment cost?

Our goal is to be your advocate, helping you get the dental care and treatment you need so that you can have healthy teeth for a lifetime. After your dental exam, if you need dental treatment, we’ll provide a number of options with their pros and cons so that you can make the best decision possible. All of the associated fees will be discussed. We can also phase in treatment, if necessary, to make your treatment work within your budget. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, and Care Credit cards, as well as cash and personal checks. We also accept dental insurance.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept all types of dental insurance. We are contracted with Delta Dental, Cigna, MetLife, Aetna, First Dental Health and United Concordia.

How do you manage my pain during treatment?

We take the time to get to know our patients on a personal level so that we can understand and help alleviate any concerns they may have about pain during dental treatment. We find that the great majority of our patients don’t need anything more than a numbing of the local area. We can, however, offer nitrous oxide gas, if a patient requests it. Nitrous oxide is a safe and effective sedative agent that is mixed with oxygen and inhaled through a small mask that fits over your nose to help you relax. Sometimes called “laughing gas,” it will make you feel calm and comfortable. Nitrous oxide is not intended to put you to sleep – you will be able to hear and respond to any requests or directions we may have. You may feel light-headed or a tingling in your arms and legs. Some patients say their arms and legs feel heavy. The effects of nitrous oxide wear off immediately after the mask is removed.
